My name is Roni Adato and I’m 22 years old. I’m from Israel and live in a city called Ness Ziona. During the year I mostly worked in several jobs, did exams for the university and spent a lot of time at home. This is my first summer in camp and I will be a counselor. I am very excited finally to meet all the campers and the staff!

Molly Froshin

I’m Molly and I use they/them pronouns! I’m from Birmingham, Alabama, but I go to Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania and study Japanese language for my East Asian Studies major. Last summer I was able to work at my local popsicle store, and this year I’ve been helping around the kitchen and serving food at my college’s dining hall! Though I haven’t been able to do many musical activities this year, I sang in my high school’s choir for five years and was even able to work in a separate choir. Some of my favorite things include singing, cooking, art, languages, Japanese culture (including anime!), writing, and travel. This will be my tenth summer at camp, so I can’t wait to be a counselor this year!

Emma Meyer

Hi! My name is Emma Meyer and I am from New Orleans, Louisiana. I am currently finishing up my freshman year at the University of Colorado Boulder and am studying business. This summer, I am so excited to be back as a counselor and spend time with everyone in the HSJ community. I have been going to camp since I was in Olim, so I am so excited to continue my camp experience as a staff member. When I am not at camp, I spend time volunteering for my sororities’ philanthropy at Safehouse in Denver, Colorado and I am finishing up my internship with Startupbootcamp in Melbourne, Australia. I can’t wait to be back this summer!
