Our 2026 Staff Application opens November 3! Are you looking to spend a summer making memories that last a lifetime? Are you looking to further your skills in collaboration, group management, teamwork, and conflict resolution? If so, then a summer at Jacobs might be right for you!
Please verify your Summer 2026 availability before applying: Leadership Team Training will begin May 26, and All Staff Training will begin May 31. Arrival dates for International Staff will be May 29 and lifeguard training will begin May 27.
We offer rolling application deadlines to help applicants plan the process around their schedules. We encourage you to apply for the earlier deadlines but understand there are many factors at play when planning your summer. The 2026 application deadlines are as follows:
- November 3, 2025: Application Opens
- February 1, 2026: Early Signing Bonus Closes: Complete your interview before February 1, 2026 and you will receive a $200 early sign-up bonus!
