The mission of the URJ Henry S. Jacobs Camp is to provide a high-quality Reform Jewish camping experience to the children of Southern Jewish communities that enriches and enhances their lives spiritually, intellectually, and physically in a safe and friendly family environment

Our Programs

While at Jacobs, campers participate in a wide variety of athletic, recreational and creative activities. All of our activities seek to strike a balance between skill development and personal enjoyment. Continual effort is made to make sure we are meeting campers where they are skill-wise, and then advancing them forward in a meaningful way.

URJ Henry S. Jacobs Camp is a camp where everyone feels at home. We strive to make every camper’s experience nurturing and fulfilling, and we do so by making sure that every child feels welcomed and supported. When it comes to taking care of your children, we take our responsibility very seriously.

LIFE AT CAMP

The food at Jacobs Camp keeps us going all day long. Our campers love all of the different choices offered at each meal. Check out where you will sleep, eat, play, pray, swim while at camp. Our comfortable cabins are the best place to rest after a fun filled day.
